Star of the Sea Catholic Church’s Social Outreach operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 – 11:30 am at our location address:

1314 Arctic Circle, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

Social Outreach is the Food Pantry services of Star of the Sea SOCIAL MINISTRY serving residents in the City of Virginia Beach, VA with primary focus to SERVE in our parish community at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.  Our resources are 100% from the donations and generosity of our Star of the Sea Parishioners, Star of the Sea School, and community partners such as St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, St. Francis Episcopal Church, Murphy’s Irish Pub, and North End Run Club.

We are able to provide on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with our outdoor services and with our available donated resources a bagged lunch for our guests experiencing homelessness, prepacked groceries (only on our Friday operation), and limited financial pledge assistance to prevent cut-off for electricity (Dominion Energy Virginia only).
